how are your services priced?

Do you exclusively work with specific venues, vendors or destinations?

Our wedding day coordination services begin at $2,500.00 and planning services at $4,500.00. As you explore other options, you'll notice a range in prices—some higher, some lower. We position our services as an average investment in the Midwest, remaining competitively priced. The cost is influenced by the experience we provide, market dynamics, and availability. While your wedding budget plays a significant role, establishing a connection with our team is equally important.

We believe in transparency, presenting all our pricing upfront through a formal proposal and contract post-consultation. Although we don't negotiate pricing, we customize it to suit the unique needs of each couple. Please note that weddings during Holiday weeks may be subject to a price adjustment.

It is important to note our clients typically hire us 6-12+ month prior to their wedding and sometimes pending engagement. Its never too late or too early to start planning.

While Kansas City is our home, we are proudly extending our services to surrounding cities. For clients investing in destination weddings, we offer discounted rates, embracing the opportunity to explore new locations.

It's important to mention that, as a company, we ask our clients to engage licensed and insured vendors to ensure the success of their day. Occasionally, we might communicate that a vendor doesn't meet our service requirements. Although rare, there might be situations where we need to step back from working with specific vendors if we believe they won't deliver the exemplary services our clients deserve. Whether you choose us for wedding planning or coordination, we'll carefully assess your vendors to ensure you have the best and most reliable team for your day. All our clients receive a recommended vendor list and contract review for a smooth experience, allowing us to navigate any potential issues that may arise and impact the success of your day.
